Had a dream last night about Calen. Galdo was experimenting on him, and he was losing his powers. You know a character’s gotten under your skin when you start dreaming about him.

Just finished the synopsis and first chapter of the second book, called Fairy Wars: Spies Among Us, and all I’m going to say is that the narrator is not entirely human, and contrary to the start of most second books, there’s a twist right at the beginning. It’s really fun to speak in the voice of another character besides Calen, who was the narrator for the first book.
